bio
Katy Molloy is a facilitator and teacher of inner work. She supports people on journeys of healing, growth, and awakening, specialising in the integration of therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual approaches. Her work draws on fourteen years of dedicated training across trauma-informed modalities, earth-based wisdom traditions, and embodied spiritual practices.
Katy’s path has been forged by her spiritual practice, her lived experiences of healing complex trauma, and a decade working in the non-profit sector. During this time, she worked on global issues, initially human trafficking, and later on Indigenous-led approaches to climate breakdown. These experiences revealed the profound mirror that exists between our inner systems and the systems we create in the wider world.
Realising that current approaches to complexity will always fall short without the inclusion of our inner world, she left her career. She now centres her work on helping people to strengthen their capacity to meet ‘what is’ with heart-centred presence, and to embody more expanded states of consciousness. She teaches essential skills rarely offered in modern education; emotional fluency, inner leadership, and the ability to cultivate healthy relational fields that include the interconnected web of life across human, more-than-human, and unseen dimensions.
As part of her aim to normalise a culture that balances the inner and outer worlds, Katy founded Bridging Worlds, a journal exploring the meeting place between animist and western worldviews. She is also the creator of Self to Stage, a methodology for actors seeking tools and approaches to deepen their character work.
